After over four years in organic chemistry research with a focus in solid phase peptide synthesis, Nisrin worked in a manufacturing facility where she established and led the internal laboratory. During her time in manufacturing, she formulated and perfected various manufacturing processes.
For over six years, Nisrin has and continued to tutor in both chemistry and mechanical engineering. With her extensive experience in chromatography and spectroscopy, she would also consult for facilities that wanted to start testing internally as well. Her passion to enrich others with knowledge and her experience in the industry is what ultimately led to the start of Ethos Analytics.

Prior to starting Ethos Analytics, Noel was an integral part of an Aerospace Physiology Research Team in Ohio. Her research focused on replicating an environment to imitate the high-altitude, low-pressure space station in coordination with the Navy, Air Force, and NASA to study the effects of different levels of oxygen/carbon dioxide and their impact on brain function. Her extraordinary skills in QA/QC documentation and SOP development have made her a prized consultant at many facilities where she has helped expedite, organize, and advance their processes. Noel’s intensive background, passion for instilling quality, and dedication to initiating change within the industry is what allows Ethos Analytics to thrive.
